Wouldn't You Really Rather Have A Buick?

Dave Taylor didn't know he'd rather have a Buick until after he sold his 1969 Corvette to a man in Denmark and he went looking for a new ride. This 1970 Buick Skylark Custom Convertible caught his eye.  He drove to Newington to see it and brought it home last Friday.  It seems to have that effect on people as the original owner (who Dave bought it from) bought and sold it 3 times. In 1995 a frame off restoration was started which lasted two years.  Dave says it handles so good he drove it home from Newington with one finger and the ride was soooooo smooth. Dave's girl said the owner was in tears as they pulled out.  His wife wanted a contract that he would never buy it back again.  It has a whole 76, 000 original miles on it.
